Re: Where did the elites go

lol, so you can show them how "fast" you are...........

just cuz you ride fast on the street , doesn't mean you can ride fast on the track

if you ride fast on the track, you can ride fast on the street, your just smart enough not too....

alot of peeps ride track ONLY.

Even if I could ride like those guys, don't think it would be too smart to do it on the streets. *I doubt they would either.

Riding on street is as dangerous if not more! You have curbs, cars, lights, speed limits, unknown road conditions, crazy drivers... too many factors that could cause you to fall or wreck. In addition if you fall you could slam into something other than the ground. You could hit a car, a curb, or a post, etc, and another car could come slam into you. If you fall on the track you may hit the concrete or even grass perhaps and just tumble and be done with it. In addition you have an ambulance on standby ready for any accidents where the rider isn't moving. make my point? right:

But for me the real esence of motorcycle riding is in the streets. Nothing like the rush of going triple digit speeds very late at night in the freeways...!!!! (of course I never do that)
