http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?se...cal&id=5850829
Investigators say the 26-year-old man was struck by an older woman in an SUV. She was entering FM 1960 from a restaurant's parking lot near Aldine-Westfield.

Police do not believe alcohol was a factor. Officers do not know if the motorcycle driver was speeding. At this point, charges have not been filed

oh my. People in houston are really not safe drivers at all. For exmaple today in the morning its raining cats and dogs and you would think that people would slow down and be more careful but no! they speed even more and drive crazier

I told you guys that it would be best to stay off of the bikes at least until the holidays are over. No one likes to plan a funeral during the holidays. I have lost more friends on bikes in December than any other month.

- sorry for the loss to the family and friends, especially at this time of year.

Control your speeds and use 360-degree awareness so you can stay alive.
