Man, asking that is like asking "how high is up?".

Most auto painters won't touch bikes because there is a lot of work to be done and it's a tough paint job to get right.

If you go to Maaco or Earl Schibe or something, you'll get what you pay for.

Hit up Houseofpain, he'll give you the straight hookup.

A while back ago I asked houseofpain for a quote on a job.
He gave me his quote and also gave me an alternative solution to the job which saved me a good money.
He didn't get my business that time, but he's got my respect.

PM or call Tony / House of pain.
He does ALL of my paint work, and he is definitely the man.
With the impending holidays I know they're off a few days, so you may not get an immediate response, but he's worth the wait.

Plastic repair is a tough job if you do it right. Plastic welding is relatively easy, and there are some epoxy methods that work pretty well, but they will never be as good as they once were from the factory.

My $.02 is that if you want your bike to look good for a long time, get some replacements from Ebay or salvage (like Sam's in the Heights).

Most reputable folks (like Tony) will start prices somewhere around $400 for a single color paint job, stack up the cost for color matching, any repairs and graphics or additional colors.

Give Tony a call at the number listed on his sponsor section on this forum. He'll be closed next week and I think the next, but he'll get to you.

All depends on colors, stripes, 2 or more tones, bodywork, etc.

Basic 2 color on a bike prob between 500-750 or so..

Or upwards of $3500 for something like this...

Not really my style but still a lot of work. Can't really see in the pics but there are all kinds of skulls, women and whatever ghosted in all over the bike.

That's stupid cheap. If someone can actually do a paint job for that cheap with all those graphics and such, they can't be making any money on it. Heck, shipping to Amarillo would be about $40 each way...

If the guy is actually giving a quality paint job for that price shipped, I'd jump all over it. , I've got some stuff to send him, that's cheaper than I can paint it myself!
