music on ur ride

is it legal to have earphones or an mp3 while u ride????

sometimes i just get tired of the exhaust sound but i've never worn anyting to listenm to music

i know a guy its in parol cuz they acussed him of evading arrest...or something like that he never notice he had them behind cuz of the music he was going like 120 for 3 miles with them behind him....so i dont know....i always look at my mirrors every freaking 2 minutes anyways

not illegal but just as a reminder, make sure its not blasting in your ear you cant hear ems vehicles, but yea man love some music when i ride, much more relaxing and helps me focus out there. but thats me..

I ride with my headphones on that connect to my phone since the have a volume adjuster that sits right next to my left clavicle, this way I can answer my phone or turn it down as needed.

If your looking for a good mount Techmount makes a good real good one. It attatches the radar to it with velcro works real good.
