Found a 50 for Sale!

The info's below. I just talked to the guy on the phone. He's in the Clear Lake/Ellington Field area. The item's been posted for a while and he sounded a bit bummed that it hadn't sold. I think there's room for nogotiations. The bike's brank new--his kiddo's just not satisfied with it. He's asking $1000, but I really think someone could talk him down. Anyway, GL.

2007 CRF50F with about 40 hours, it was my son's first bike, thus the plastics are a little scratched up. It runs great. He just needs a bigger bike now. Still has original tires, chain, etc. Does have a Uni air filter in place of the Honda (difficult to clean!) filter. Great bike to learn on.

You can e-mail me at td9180@yahoo.com

I'm afraid I don't know really. I bought mine when it was about the same age for $900, but I didn't get a title. :/: I think someone who's good at haggling could convince this guy to accept $100-150 less. Maybe more.

The only advice I can offer is this: those who're looking to stunt and are on a tight budget, a new stocker ain't the right bike for you. Gotta be patient and wait for an older bike to pop up.

Ummm, a dealership that sells Hondas? Sorry, couldn't resist.

I don't have any advice for that one. I'd check out our MH sponors first and see if any could give you a nice deal.

Nah I don't trust stubbs they screwed me over one time with a dirt bike. Just recently they tried to go get a clutch nut removal socket they told they didn't have it and they could oder it for me they told me it was going to be sixty bucks for the socket. I asked a dude there how much for the 50 he told 1399 that mean there really isn't a discount. Either way they didn't have it so I went to Pasadena honda where the 60 dollar socket was only 14.99 huh? Now I wonder how they are shipping that socket Air Force one maybe and the 50 there are 1045. So yeah I stay away from Stubbs unless I just have to or need a part ASAP but, even then that was before I knew about Pasadena Honda. Thanx for the suggestion though.
