Dead switch for the bored...

So if you have more time on your hands and still dont wanna spend alot for a waterproof jetski kill switch mod or buy a replacement drag box dead switch...

Aircraft toggle switch and pull cable from walmart($20)

I had to pull the front nose to find the wiring plug on my bike and check resistance, but I wired in-like an additional switch to one of the cutoff wires w weather-resistance single-pin connectors so that w all the riding in the rain I do I can simply remove two screws and delete the switch for drag racing when riding on the street.

Remember to use plenty of heat shrink to protect internals. I also ran a wire sheath to protect the wires, not seen in the photos.

Bracket is bult aluminum, bolted to handle tree clamp. Rubber insert for no vibrations between the tree and the switch bracket. Used dremel to drill out the switch housing and had to grind down the switch stalk too.

I need a nos sticker to put on the switch housing to freak out the high schoolers and those who don't know any better, plus since its a busa needs more poser power

Check out Solracer's thread if you haven't already. His method will pass tech inspection and it is easy easy easy. It will be nice to have a 750 out there....Give the 636 a little competition
