I completely agree with what a lot of the peeps on here are saying ... jot down some notes of how you remember everything, and call their supervisor. You will probably have a very good chance of the tickets getting dismissed with out even having to go to court! save you $200 on a lawyer too!

the reason why they pulled me over is becuz this bad BMW went flyin by me (loud as ) and he thought is was me, that was y they pulled me over, when i tried to tell him it was the BMW he told me that i was being disrespectful and "do i talk to my mom like that". So whoever owns a red BMW that is really bad lookin and soundin and was drivin off of 529 and 290, you, you got me a ticket

Call the phone number on the ticket they will direct you to the right person !! Or go by there it's not that far off the freeway !! Tell them that you clamed down & talked to a few people about the officers actions & words to you . Even it you looked like a Flaming gay ***got they still should treat you with respect even if they don't personally care for your perferance...Still call them ..who knows maybe someone has b-4 & it won't be the first time for him !!! Do something !!! You still have rights !!

Like I've said in other threads, I have served on traffic court jurys. Every case we heard, we were willing to give the driver the benefit of the doubt.
Our feeling was, if he went tot the trouble of going to court over it then maybe he has a good point in fighting it. That doesn't mean the driver always won but we tried to lean that way a little.

My advice would be to not only go to court, but request a jury trial. Then you can tell your side of the story to some folks like me and you, if you come across well, they might just decide in your favor.

your car was illegal, they were perfectly in their right to stop you. and if you lived in that neighborhood you'd want the same things.

i'd live in JV or Bellaire in a minute.

The last time I check (a looong time ago) the lowest part of the car had to be above the lowest part of the rim. With today's super-low profile tires, that would mean you only need about an inch of clearance to be legal. I don't know if that's still the case though.

sucks about the ticket I would definatley call the suprvisor... I have gotten pulled over before and had a cop that was hitting on me and stupid enough to give me his # ON THE TICKET... But I am sure as far as racerx believes I guess I was doing something illegal then as well....needless to say i called and told them the situation... Ticket dismissed and pretty sure cop got fired for that one.

Hopefully at least your ticket will get dismissed..

Yes you can request for the supervisor to review the video... Second your complaint should be in writing and as I said earlier MAKE SURE ITS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAY HAPPENED bc if not it will bite YOU in the ...
