A bike cop would have never caught him! Not one of the Harley bikes, anyway... those things are SLOW

No where on the street is the place

These sportbikes are teases. They have tons of potential and you have to pay more to legally use them to their potential

He probley got stopped on the corner leaning going 20mph. Anybody can run speeds that high or higher on any straight.

You just sorry you got caught. Give it about a week and you'll be normal again. Don't forget to join the Police Academy since they gave you a break w/warning. It's your calling! I'm sure the cop was charmed by your up-most respect.

I like your implied tone when you don't even know Gary. Not that he really gives two about what you think at all, but he in fact IS sorry he did it in the first place. He and I already talked about it, and I know how he really feels about the whole situation. As far as the 20mph bullshit, ask anyone that's ridden with him before. Or his previous and future trackdays. Not saying he is the fastest rider, but I can say without question that not many(if any) would have any problems riding with him at all. So what he was hauling on a straight, can you, or anyone else on this board say they've never done it. . . even once?

Douche.

Does anyone know what I can do for a no-inspection citation? I have the sticker just didn't have it on me at the time. What do I need to show them so that I can prove that my bike has current inspection? Thanks

Copy of the receipt from when you bought it, dated before the citation....

The street ain't the place to screw around and do triple digits.
I got TONS more respect for cops b/c he did the best he could do to help me when I was in the BIG-TIME wrong.

Ok not really.

But now that I got your attention....

I got a ticket on Wed. night for no inspection. And a warning for 141/65

I am very lucky to have been stopped by a very generous (one of many positive words) P-land cop who also is a rider

This thread is not even NEARLY as long as I wanted to make it but I will end it with him telling me that his Busa "starts to wake up at 140"
your a freaking idiot
and so is the cop for letting you off with a warning. Now you give him respect because he cut you a break, I give him Nothing for not doing his job.
