600rr subframe

So my wife was smoking a cigarrette looking at the bike and she notice something weird....so she calls me and asks.....is that suppose to be like that???and i go shiat...so now i just found out that the subframe MIGHT be bent....so what are the probabilities of it getting bent on a crash????

And something else...has anyvbody bought anything from motoryard.com??? i found one there just in case)

Your CBR may very well have a bent subframe, but it's not really a big deal.

The CBR600rr has a pretty beefy cast subframe, so it unfortunately does not respond well to trying to straightening it.:/:

A new subframe is around $295.00, but you can find a good used one for a lot less.

Try contacting Sams Cycle Salvage here in Houston.
His son Chris, posts here as Romeo36.

They're local and you'll know that what your buying is straight.

If you're unsure if what you have is bent, drop by and I'll look at it, no charge.

o phucking well everytime i look at the bike i find something new...just last night i found that the right rear set its CRACKED......dude it me off!!!!!!

If you bring it by I can go over the whole bike and let you know for sure what's damaged.

I've also got a set of Vortex rearsets for the bike for $175.00.
