If you truly believe that it is NOT a police officer call 911 and have them find out if there is a patrol unit behind you... Tell them that you fear for your life if you truly truly do.. this is not to be abused

I just cant see why someone would try to pull that in that area, lots of traffic, dark, but lots of traffic.

and I was once told while on the phone with 911 that they couldnt track cell phone numbers at all

Wow, a few months ago I saw a man fitting this exact description, pulling over a car in front of frys off of the 45. I thought it was pretty sketch he was driving a black 06-07 Dodge SRT8 Viper truck, that was four door with lights on it.

Remember this: if you really do think it might not be a real cop then call the police and keep driving AT A SLOW SPEED toward a place that is well lit and a place with people around... DO NOT SPEED UP just incase it is a REAL cop... just pull over in a good spot and if they are a REAL cop they will understand on why you did it... its hard to prove evading if you never spead up!!!
