Just moved here

Howdy, I just moved to Houston this past week and was wondering where you guys normally go riding? Can anyone tell me where some good roads are around here with some twisties?? Also how to get there or generally where they are at....

youd do better to show up to meets and such.......most people wont give out roads on the net for security reasons.

I can't say that I moved very far. I just graduated from Texas A&M this month and started working here a couple of weeks ago. Even though College Station is only an hour and 15 away I have never really come to Houston that much so I do not know much about the town. I used to ride a lot over off HWY 30 by Navasota, it was a short strip of road but had some good turns on it. I miss that stretch of road now that I am in the city. I hit it at least twice a week this past summer.

In response to solracer, I can see your point, but is it really that bad here with the police?? If so I guess it wouldn't surpise me that they would search this board for , but in my opinion that is pretty lame.
