Do some tune ups...

1. Spark plugs
2. air filter

whats the mileage?

does it always turn over when you are trying to start it?

Is that noise from the engine?

Sounds more like a loose piece of metal... All the exhaust springs intact? all other metal pieces secure to the bike? even a tight screw/bolt can still still allow something to move and vibrate. I heard it come back at a higher rpm so its not harmonically at a specific rpm range....
