I may end up having to pay someone to help me out with the site and ill keep you two in mind (Faylarcia & drumboy). I just bought Creative Suites 3 and really want to learn to do web development.

Creative Suite is good. If you are just starting out, try Frontpage. Websites can easily be coded in its code section but it is much easier for a beginner. I use either. When using FP, you just have to enable Frontpage extensions on your server.

Definitely use CSS (style sheets) or you'll have a mess on your hand.
