Neew web site opinions

So I'm looking to build a new web site for my business and I'm going crazy trying to think of a catchy domain name. I just sold my last domain name and bought a new one (www.markthatproperty.com) that im about to start building but I dont know if thats a good enough domain name? I've ran through a lot of ideas and that seems to be the catchiest and easy to remember. My name is Mark and I'm a Real Estate agent and I wanted to incorporate my name and business into the domain name. My next idea was MDRealty.com, which is my 1st and 2nd initials. Which one sounds better and and advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

Buy all the names you like and point them all to the same place. Advertise the different names in different places and you will get an idea of where you traffic is coming from and which name to push.

I think the MDRealty sounds very professional and captures both elements you were looking to incorporate in the domain name. I'd use it...

+1, If is isn't available, then try your whole name followed by Realty.

The only problem with that is my last name is Montemayor, kinda hard to pronounce much less spell. What about MarkDeanRealty.com thats my middle name??? Well thanks for your advice too.

Did you already buy it because it states: mdrealty.com is not available.

markdrealty.com is available
markd-realty.com is available
mdm-realty.com is available (problem may be though that folks try to enter mdmrealty and get to another site)

I didn't buy it. I could have sworn it was available. The seller wants $1200 for it, he can keep it. So, what is I might be keeping markthatproperty.com

Just make sure your site is better than most realtor's crappy sites. The name might be good and all, but if the site is cluttered or hard to use then it kinda kills is.

You building it yourself?

I have looked at many realtor's sites and realized that they boring and hard to navigate. I am going to attempt to build it my self and may need a little help because this is my first web site to build my self.

That is kinda catchy and you just want to make sure that it's a name that people will remember, yet not sounding too cheesy.

+ 1

I would offer my help to but I'd actually have to charge for it.
