Glad you guys had fun, we rode a little over 250 miles ourselves.
On the racebikes we use a screen to help deflect the rocks. You can get one premade or make one out of the same material they use for vent screens.
It works!

when the rocks start hitting you, just wheelie! it turns your radiator up so nothing can hit it.

sounds like someone is a little jealous!!! too bad nobody said anything about your "rumors", I can share them if you would like but I dont want to disrespect the other party in the rumors of your latest budy.
BTW X is a little too old for Tango, I heard he's starting to look up to Clayton !!!

Yes Tango has done things, but he's a rider too. Although many would wish hatefule things upon him this was JUST a ride, you should all just be happy EVERYONE made it safely.

Any who, I only read half the 1st page of this thread and thought I would make a comment on the drama that ppl just cant seem to let go.

Great pics and am glad to see ALL of you had fun and were safe.

For those of you that have the space, a full tool kit is important to have (right alongside a full first aid kit). For those that would like more info, here's some adventure riders' ideas on tool kits. Granted, these guys ride out in the middle of nowhere and pack for some of the biggest WTF incidents you can imagine, but it'll give you some ideas to start with if you're building a kit of your own.

Good on ya Jimmy for being prepared!

sorry forgot I was on Infidel's computer....
