I remember back before I bought my bike a year ago - I had a few people all agreeing and trying to tell me to NEVER, and they meant NEVER use the back brake while stopping because you'll wreck, and the bike will explode, and the earth will quake,..etc...
I actually bought into that BS and never used the back brake - until I took MSF ( which fortunately, was only a matter of weeks after my purchase ) and learned what blended braking is, and how to properly ride.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

im not arguing that MSF isnt important. im merely pointing out his approach. im not going to go to potential costomers and talk to them like idiots to try and get them to eat at my restaurant.

i loved by ninja 500, it was great when it came to gas mileage, power delivery was smooth, seating position wasn't too noobish looking. rode my friends 250 and i really hated how slow it was, really had to strain that little engine.
