I am trying to see how you are slipping off the seat? I have a phifty myself and have the stock cover on it. i can do seat standers on them with out any slipping. hey let us know on the tip joe gave you, I might consider it if I run into any problems.

Does it tear your pants up? I've been warned not to use grip tape for that reason. I need something to go over my new seat cover too. It's like a damned slip-n-slide.

you could always try the "rubberized undercoating" they sell at wal-mart. Just tape off a small section at the rear of the seat where you place your feet and spray on a layer or two. it should remain flixible, and if you do it properly(i know tony can with those skillz he has) it should look nice. Just a random thought i had, carry on with your business.

i used sticky back 80 grit sandpaper, cut some pieces, used two small strips on the back of the seat, and one on the fender. you know, the paper for air files. i know you got some of that paper laying around. thats all i used to use, but then my bike got stolen...just havent done it to my new one yet.

Mala - I just had a brain storm! Go to the fabric store and get that Clear Plastic fabric they put over table cloths and seat cushions... then you can see your awesome pattern and STICK like glue to the seat!
