I got hit by a 2by4 on the highway

Today during lunch i went to drop off my bike to get worked on......need a new chain, oil change, new rotor, brake pads.....etc........... i was half way there when suddenly the car in front of me swerves and here come a couple of chunks of wood......i swerved but one piece hit my left foot.......hurt like a mothf***, for a couple of seconds i thought i may have broke some toes......... they just swelled up thankfully, nothing broken.....i can walk on it......... well when i ride alittle further up the highway, theres a a van with both its back doors open....... i take it thats were the wood came from... im just glad it didnt hit it with my wheel and cause me to lose it...... i did bricks for second though........lol

wow, that's one of the things that scares me the most... Sh*t flying at me on the highway. I'm glad you're ok and your bike still made it to get work done.
