anyone ever experienced sleep paralysis/ufo abduction?

i'm watching this show on NGC talking about this topic, and I had a dream 2-4 months ago that was a lot like what they were talking about.

basically i woke up in my bed, and i couldn't move. then i went back to sleep and woke up again, and this time there was an alien standing next to my bed that pushed down on my chest and i couldn't scream or move and i blacked out.

anyone else had a similar dream/experience?

Sleep paralysis, yes. Alien abduction? nope.

Long been a topic on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell back in the day. Also look up OBE and stuff.

Sylvia Brown = no bueno.

I've waken up in the middle of the night and felt a presence in the room. I then tried to move around and felt like something was holding me down. I wasn't even able to mumble or move my head around. I felt like I was on ecstacy for some reason.

seriously this stuff happens i wouldn't worry about it, you're still here to talk about it. I could tell you some things that would make your skin crawl but not on here.

I had a very simular experiance once. It was in Frankfurt during the Monsters of Rock concert back in '90. I guy gave me some acid and I took it. I thought it was a combo move with weed, Jack, and only knows what else.
I remeber that the aliens sounded like Bill and Ted when they talked...

sounds like sleep paralysis. i just read on wiki that it happens to most people once or twice in their lives, so i guess it's not uncommon.
