nice rival for the sv...

both great bikes... I think it migh have a better suspension than the sv, but they SV has more aftermarket.

Ninja 650, SV, or the Hyo650.

All good v-twin bikes with decent power, but definately not the equal of the SS600's.

I know a couple of folks that have them, and they have been thuroghly pleased, not as much top end as the SS but tons of low end, All around a good bike IMO, you need to jump on it

I think I would go with an SV650 personally...just due to the options you have. You can do GSXR forks and tripples as well as a bunch of other stuff related to track goodies. Be aware though that they rush of accelleration is totally different than an inline. It will feel very sluggish. But it doesn't mean it isn't fast. My wife bought an SV650 and I rode it to work a few times. Coming from a GSXR1000, it was a major difference in performance and I had to adjust my riding accordingly. I near couldn't get out of the way from cagers like I could on the GSXR. The top speed I could get out of the SV was about 137mph on the indicator which is probably around a true 120mph according to my GPS.

If this is the one in Spring ... the email they sent me stated that the milage was 15K so ... be sure to check. Still, for what they're asking that's a of a deal.
