wrapping your chain tight so they cant get it in a position to cut it . would probably help buy you some more time...

yeah, either that or chaining it in a way where it doesnt touch the ground. that way they dont have as much leverage and cant use their entire body to cut the links like demonstrated in the video.

almax security chains are supposed to hold up quite well though from what i read

yep. keeping them off balance so they cant get leverage would be helpful... who sells that almax chain??

i googled them and found their website

on there they have a couple videos of the same guys trying to cut their chain loose and fail

edit: dont know if there's any local distributers of these, seems like they're only UK based

Yes..but is too bulky and heavy to carry those chains around. Is OK to use if you leave your bike parked overnight at your apartment, but what about if you need to leave it parked while running errands..??

What about those Kriptonite locks..??
