".... those are good #'s for an old school."

I forgot to get a copy of the graph in SAE but the final pull was 151.2hp in SAE....

BTW on the chart above, the 142hp run was with only a D&D slip on made a couple months ago.

Those figures look slightly strange... too weak hp and torque. And there is a big gaps in horse power for the 600s.

anyway, how much was it for a run on the dyno?

I think the software is skewed or something...

Someone post a chart so I can look at everything.....
OK!

Chart looks good, looks like it was all set up correctly.....they used SAE, they used the latest software(Winpep 7), the conditions are on the chart and they seem to coincide well with the correction factor.... a .99 correction is not much so those are pretty realistic numbers.....

You guys had decent weather conditions, high pressure, relatively low humidity(for Houston).....

I guess POH has updated their software and calibration since their last dyno day.....no 174hp stock gixxer 1000s today.....LOL

The numbers on the busas seem low, as do the 1000s, maybe 10hp or but....could be many things, low tire pressure, dry/unadjusted chain....lots of stuff but they are definetly low....I have seen VERY FEW busas ever dyno below 148-149hp SAE...

Either way, it looks like POH got their together on the dyno setup this time....

Sorry bro i talked a lot of , i was really optimistic about my bike, it just doesn't crank out the numbers like i thought it would.. but over all i thought almost all of the numbers were on the low side. William

What makes a track bike a track bike, i guess if it had street fairings i could have made the list

147.97 HP/ 72.61 Torque

Nice meeting all of you guys!

I wasn't there to "compete" per se...just wanted to see what kind of #s they would run...I don't have any power-to-weight issues anyway
