Re: New MOTOR ON THE WAY!

dont worry yourself too much , with todays tech. in these new 600 SS bikes, you'll not even get close to them.

your bikes gonna be good for what, around 120-140, you dont stand a chance

Re: New MOTOR ON THE WAY!

I can hang with the 600's when i ride with them at PP1.* I don't think anyone in that group thinks my bike is slow.

My sporty is 1200cc and it has 73hp and 80 ft-lbs of torque.*

I would like to do some more engine mods when the warranty is up in April.* Cams and heads maybe.* If the engine ever wears out from me neglecting it(which is improbable) i will go with the 88" kit.

Re: New MOTOR ON THE WAY!

Yah, I think he will be very capable of atleast hanging. 600 SS bikes all make round a hundred. A trump rocket three makes about 140, is pretty insanly heavy, and still does nock to 60 in like 2.7. Depending on your harly, it should be substantially lighter than the rocker, not nearly as light as an R6 or a 636, but not an oaf. I think it sounds very fast and will eat the highway up.

Re: New MOTOR ON THE WAY!

That's a good-lookin' bike, although I'm not into ape-hangers.

You should easily be able to keep up with the 600's with a 113ci (that's 1852cc to you noobs ), although, I don't know why you would want to.

Maybe he's just really tall??? :laughing6:

With 125 ponies and 80's on the torque side you will be able to more then keep up with the SS bikes. That about what my ZX9 does. Personally I wouldn't want to keep up with anyone doing 140 on the streets but thats your call.
