lol, usually the stomach fat is last place to go too. i cant see abs unless im under 10% bf... basically i will ony be able to see my abs when i shred down to like 6% bf before a show (if i get into showing). otherwise im comfortable with a pudgy gut... its in my genetics to hold onto fat... i have to work my off to see the bf calipers drop. luckily i know of good diet routines to shred down, like carb cycling, keto, an high fiberous diets.

About 6-7 years ago I worked out really intense, bodyfat 17%, which isn't bad for a woman, I am 5'4 and was about 140 lbs. My goal was to get legs like Monica Brant, she was a Fitness Champion once. My trainer worked me to the point of passing out on the gym floor (mostly on Sunday mornings when it was fairly empty, ) I think it started going downhill for me when he quit Bally's.

It takes a lot of discipline, strict diet and committment to work out and eat right. Get a good trainer to help you as it takes a lot to build muscle ... and just having a cold and sitting out for 2 weeks can majorly set you back and it is easy to lose motivation quick.
Most of all, be patient.

I still would like to get those legs, maybe next year I get back into it committed. After graduating in May, I just started going back to the gym when I crashed in July . I gained a LOT of weight in the last 2 years and it really frustrates me to no end.

I used to be all into BB stuff. I quit riding bikes for 3 years and and just worked out cause I got to big to fit into leathers and take corners. When I was 25 I got up to 305lbs at 6'1 cost me $35,000 for just 1 year to maintain that size, without including supplements. I said F-this after a while. Also broke my arm in an accident at 300lb which helped my descision. The best I ever did was 265 @ 6 % BF. Now I'm 200lbs, happier, mobile, girls aren't scared of me, I don't just attract hoes now.

I lost it all to give riding and racing another shot. I'm 27 now. When I reach 32, I will probably have a wife and kid. So I'll stop ridin for them. Go to a easily maintainable weight (235lb cut) and live easy. Whether I'm 200lbs or 305 I "like" to stay fit.

Last people that say they don't have the genetic's to grow and need EXTRA STUFF is BS. I have helped several ectomorphs grow way beyond anything they could ever dream. Now to be 2% BF at 290lbs @ 5'11. Weeellll I'm not going to debate that. My best friends is an ectomorph. Usually they have the hardest time putting on muscle. When I first got him lifting he weighed120lb @ 5'10 with veins all over. After I taught him how to properly diet for his bodytype and trick his carbs bla bla bla... Now he weighs 185lbs with the same vascularity and has never takin juice. It's takin him a few years to get there and he has wanted to go the easy route a few times. Now he knows his body and understands whats true. I think if he was a full time gym rat and actually took a full line of BSN supplements and some others he could reach 210lbs natural.

Right now.... I'm enjoying my pizza ; )
