lifting/bodybuilding/figure modeling

any of you bros/chicks lift or compete? i wanna compete in about a year or two, but i have alot more mass to put on before i think about jumping on stage.

I just got back in the gym two weeks ago after finally quitting smoking(that was a !!!!!!) and I'm just going to lift/eat/sleep/work for the next 6 months and bulk up. I now weigh 15lbs less than i did 3 years ago when i worked offshore, I've got some work to do!!! Tuna shakes FTMFW!!!!!!!!

I owned a small fitness center up until my divorce......am a certified personal trainer......

Getting back into the gym routine now.......just dropped 30lbs since September and trying to put on some lean mass......

Who knows I might be right behind you getting into the show scene, but I honestly don't have the genetics to get big.........it's all about genetics or chemical assistance. None the less either way you still have to work hard and sacrifice to make it!

i have a lifetime membership @ 24hr, i am usually at the 529 location, sometime right after work i go to the westhiemer "super size" location. im about to get another lifetime membership at golds gym, as i like the crowd alot better, and ppl. dont stare at you when you grunt and make noise. been slipping a little on diet now that im bulking, but im gonna clean it up and lean out a little. right now im about 225lbs 15% bf id like to stay around 15% and get up to 260lbs where i will shred down to around 245-250lbs where i wanna compete at. i still have a long way to go, and i have some loose skin from being a , its been slowly tightening up.

bro, besides working mad hours, i goto the gym almost everyday, so i dont really have much time for other stuff... lol. I wish i could do that.......i lift weights but i try not to gain mass....i weigh150.......i fight at about 140......... i lift heavyweights for my weight....I just focus on getting as strong as i can without going over 150 and not losing any speed in my hands....... i have to watch what i eat....... though if i wasnt boxing i would definetly train to get bigger.........

i am possibly gonna start kickboxing for a cardio workout. that or hiit twice a week.
