power delivery didn't seem as smooth, the seat is a one piece and the gf kept sliding down into my spot... it just didn't seem to fit me as well. i don't like the massive front end on it but it does put out a $hitload of light at night!! the busa is also more proven, 99-07 with no changes... or a first year zx14. that was a no brainer

I am still amazed when i ride it how hard it pulls. there is no lag between throttle and ZOOM

+1...any bike has to have respect to be safe on it. You can die just as easily on a moped if you not smart about it.

a new 1000 has a higher hp:weight ratio thatn a busa does. even a 250 if you have no brains or self control can hurt you

I agree...lot of power for a 17yr old...3rd accident in 6 mo...
A friend of a friend has a busa...he also has epilepsy, he doesn't take his meds like he should. He ran into a car one night at full throttle because he had a episode...he ordered another busa while still in the hospital and continues to not take his meds...that is dumb as well.

I am considering trading my ZX-10R in on a ZX-14 or '08 Busa. I enjoy the wind protection and stability of the bigger bikes. I am waiting on the full reviews on the '08 ZX-14 and Busa to come out.
