Title: Accident Investigator
Details:
On Wednesday November 28,2007 the driver of a brown 1997 Chevrolet Suburban was attempting to exit a parking lot in the 100 blk of E Louetta at approx. 12:34 pm. The driver failed to yield the right-of-way as she turned left(west) onto E Louetta from the right turn only lane of the private drive and was struck by a red 1994 Honda VF750 motorcycle, operated by the complainant, that was traveling east bound on E Louetta.
The complainant died as a result of his injuries sustained in the collision. The female driver and four year old female passenger of the Suburban were transported in stable condition to Memorial Hermann Hospital by Cy-Creek EMS.
The case remains under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Section.

I know she will have to live with this accident that she caused, but I think because she intentionally broke the law by turning left from a right turn only she should be hit with vehicular homicide. This was a terrible AVOIDABLE accident.

Yep, I knew it, it's rediculous how our society has become soo inpatient and lazy to a point where they will jeopordize another mans life to save a few seconds if anything.

I me off everyday driving to work watching these morons riding peoplese bumpers and switching lanes back and forth to try to save a few seconds. They're usually the ones causing the accidents and I usually end up passing their dumb a$$'s in the end just cruising along in the same lane.

This is such BS. They'll give a driver license to any idiot these days. This was no accident, this was negligence.
