This is very refreshing to read. Hopefully more guys like this will put out the "REALITY" of black on black crime.

And not make it a white problem.
Your title makes it seem that most black men throw the race card when they shouldn't or am I reading into it incorrectly? What is your basis for this statement?

music and movies is a form of entertainment......Scarface was and is my favorite movie..... i didnt grow up thinking ima be a drug dealer and a killer....SOCIETY needs to stop blaming people period....stop expecting someone else to clean up after you....Raise you kids yourself and not the tv and the radio....take responsibility for what goes on in and around your life....

This is not get on the gas time. Last I checked, whitey isnt plastering himself all over the news and joining these movements.

The greatest quality to me in a race is silence. Go about your day. Pay your bills and STFU.
This is an often used statement of SOME ethnicities in their attempt to be active in racially charged discussions, of which I've learned to leave my response as "walk a mile in my shoes and then spit ur rhetoric".

When I see a mf on CNN talking about it's ok to hang nuces (sp) out in public, I KNOW VERY PHUCKING well that there is still an enourmous RACE problem in our country! Now I doubt it's correlated to black on black crime, but don't demean it's existence b/c u havent experienced it for urself.

my sentiments exactly....how can you judge what someone is going thru whether it be good or bad.......if you havent been thru it.....You have to understand the people that are committing the crimes of violence....this is all they know...instead of demeaning someone culture...come up sith some ways of making it better....

Music is not to blame for lack of parental attention....instead of bashing your kids head in...explain to him what he is doing wrong...and give him the neccesary tools to be successful.....and not lit UGK or LIL FLip raise you kid...I want a Slab on swangas when i was growing up but my parent explain to me that if i pulled up to my job swanging and banging that i would be unemployed.....

I agree with you point to the extent that people have the right to put out the music, liturature, art, news, they want. Its the people listening to that cant distinguish entertainment from reality and are choosing to pattern thier lives after these songs.
