nope, never said nothing of the kind...

I most definately would never claim to know everything there is to know about riding..... I am the first to admit after 30+ years of riding 2 wheels I am still learning.

Would the same law apply for doing a stoppie? That would suck! More difficult to run, since that bike is already STOPPING!

remember this is the same state that if you run from the popo all they have to do is get your license plate number and go and take confescate your bike bike and auction it off.

You would definetely have to invest in a fasttag there. Worth the money in these circumstances.

or you could run while in a wheelie, can't see the tags then!!! or you could leave the bracket for the tag but take the tag off then act surprised that it's gone if you got pulled over just riding normally
