$1,200 obo or trade.
1940 ford 1/2 ton, frame is bad, cab has rust, but totally a do-able truck, doors are solid too, have the hood, two front fenders, one rear fender and three bed sides, the rest was junked and its going to make a great rat candidate. The drivetrain is a flathead v-8 , 4 speed and banjo rear end. I havent even tried to start it, as I dont have time to mess with it, I bought a 40 chevy truck a day after I bought this one.

yup, 225 slant six, the "leaning tower of power"
This one hasnt been started in 10 years, it fired right up, no rattles, no smoke and idled perfectly. I did a complete tune up on it before I tried to start it, even a new distributor and stuff. Fired right up smooth
Now I have to replace the brake master cylinder and take this monster for a shake down.

Scoot, that truck is going to be badass when you get it all done... can't wait to see the finished product!

My dad recently tried to pick one of these up but the owner wouldn't budge at all on the price... he's still looking for one though. In 1978 it was the fastest vehicle 0-100 made!
