sorry for the thread jack, i went on a spin athis last saturday

i was in mexico and was begining to rain i took a curveat about 65 mph and the rear tires went loose too

i took about 4 spins just went mad and regain control

now if it wasnt 4 am i bet about 100 cars would hit my car till make it powder lol

i know the feeling hope u get that SOB and make him pay

Well, the license plate info we gave the cops is accurate. My insurance company has already contacted him informing him that they are aware of the situation and are going to seek reimbursement from him or his insurance company.

Tomorrow the car should go into the Mazda dealership and get the estimate done... hopefully we can keep the momentum going and get this over fast.

glad you are ok. You don't have to take him to court, your insurance company should take care of it. Now you can still sue the guy so he doesn't do that again.
