Exactly the opposite. When the previous owners owned it, they seemed fine. I had the same problem again and took it back. Mancuso had bought them out by the time I took it back. My bike went back four times, for the same problem no less. Each time the bike was there(Mancuso owned) it was there for over a month. The third time they said it was the battery, and a lot of other BS, they replaced it, without telling me, and stuck me with a $230 bill for work or parts I never authorized. Said if i wanted the bike back I'd have to pay. I firgured if it fixed the problem, then it was worth it to not have to deal with their BS anymore. Less than 400 miles later the bike shut off on the freeway, and they actually wanted to charge me to pick it up. **** THAT! I actually had to go buy a used voltage regulator from Patrick because CL Kawi kept lying to me saying the part was ordered.

sheesh ... are there really any good dealerships out there any more. I think I'd rather buy something used from Patrick than something new from a bad dealership.

I hear great things about Highlands, but no personal experience there. Random Hero works at Texas City Kawasaki, which is where me, him, and Sexual Chocolate bought our bikes. RH has bought two now. All of us got great deals, and customer service is top notch. I recommend them, but for most it's a FAAAAAAR drive.
