Yea, I love the Volks. I've been trying to talk myself out of them because volks are so common on these cars and there a bit more than I want to spend, but I thinnk I might just get them

Those Volks are nice I was going to get some for my black Z that was before it got totaled. Hey if your ever on the market for some spray let me know I have a brand new (except for the arming switch) Edelbrock nitrous kit that hooks up to the ECU. It comes with a 75hp jet and a 125hp jet. I used to have one on my Z.

Going from some Discount Tire specials to Volks seems like a no brainer. You're right though, just about every Z owner has Volks, which is why ya need to get some HREs or iForged.

given the 50/50 rule (50 feet, 50 mph) i dont think they are gonna look all that different. just bein honest, if i were you i would put the money toward something i would get more use out of. gear, upgrades, trackdays, or something else.

There MOZ Wheels, not quite discount tire specials

Never heard of the 50/50 rule, but it does make sence. Really doesnt justify spending the extra money on new wheels. I will probaly wait until I hit a few more curms before I get the Volks. Thanks everyone for your opinions.

Mine has a pretty deep dish, about 4 1/2 in back and about 2in. up front. I really like those rims and that car, but if I hit a curb with a $1100 rim I would cry.

Check it out I found the pictures from my wreck. It don't look bad but it was so hard the roof bent past the B post, the impact cracked the rear wheel, it split the rear axel into pieces, and the body shop quoted the insurance $17,000 in repairs. Was I glad I had insurance and that me and my girl walked away with out a scratch considering we crossed 3 lanes of traffic and I got burned with my girlfriends latte.
