666?

How do ya'll feel about 666? Does it actually mean anything to ya'll?

Just curious because my DL# has 666 in it. Not just 3 6's, but 666

Haha.. It doesn't mean anything to me. In fact, I'd forgotten all about it until just a few days ago.

It used to come up all the time waaay back in my check writing days because the cashiers always write down your DL# on the check. It was VERY common, especially for the older ladies, to stop writing and look up at me, and I'd just smile. Some would actually suggest that I request a new number.

When Wade gets a cranberry scone and a medium latte at Borders bookstore, the receipt tallys to 666. There must be a connection between all this. . .I just gotta break the code.

We'll have to research cranberries, of course. Growing conditions, political climate in the cranberry nexus (whereever that may be), latent and active chemical properties in cranberries. But, if you notice, cranberry use has been on the rise in the past decade. I mean, cranberry juice was once reserved for those will ailing kidneys and a masochistic streak. Now there's grapecranberry (sort of a vague reference to wine there. . .hmm?), white cranberry juice, OH NOES! I just thought about it...that amorphous, gelatinous mess that comes out of the can during turkey day! Arturo... I think we're on to something. Look dude: we're talking about evil right now, we've discovered the link between cranberries and, uh, something AND tomorrow is the biggest cranberry day of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be calm, man. What, do we do?

Grapecranberry is only an evil creation of man!! It's the tasty, gelatinous good that has me concerned. Sold by the ton and unleashed on the world tomorrow.

But you're right, we must remain calm. I suggest we eat as much evil as we can!!! Bring it on!!

You're right! By George, that's thinking with the ol' noodle Arturo! We'll consume it and transform it into a benign (unless you're into Jenkem ) byproduct.

EVERYONE! Tomorrow, you MUST EAT CRANBERRY GOO! It's imperative. Eat as much as you can. SAVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the WORLD! Be a hero.
