Seems he never shot that gun before or did not have it dialed in right or something. I'm surprised the deer just stayed there looking.

I would definetly not be bragging about that or posting the vid up.

teh repost?

He had teh Buck Fever.

--- story time ---
WHen I was about 7, I was in the deer blind with my dad and he did the same thing. I took a peek before his first shot and saw the biggest deer I had ever seen. HYOOOGE!

BAM! miss
Reload.. BAM! miss..
I peek again, and the deer is just standing their looking (and laughing? lol)
his rifle kinda jams and he removes the clip
he tried to load a cartridge manually, but it keeps falling out of the bottom.
I'm just giggling and handing it back to him.
I take another peek and the deer slooooowly walks off into the woods never to be seen again.

We walk back to the truck, and he is so frustrated that he asks me to hang a paper plate to a tree that was about the same distance as the deer was from us.

BAM, got the edge of the plate,
BAM, near the center,
BAM, again, near the center.

Now he's because he can't blame the scope!

As we're climbing in the truck we hear some cracking noise and look back to see the tree that had the plate attached fall over.
