Power Commander

Where should I take my bike to have my power commander programmed to my new exhaust?

We can do it.
What other mods have you done to the bike?

Thanks, a friend of a friend in Corpus painted it.

The only thing that is done to the bike's engine and compenents is a USB III Power Commander that was originally mapped for a Yosh stainless system. I now have a VooDoo shorty system (sounds freakin sweet).

About how much money would I be looking at?

Yeah, it does have a lot of chrome. The 01 I just sold had about the same amount of chrome though so thanksfully I am used to it. When I found out that Chris was selling it I had to buy it.

If you have the USB PC, you can probably download the map and install yourself.....

I don't have the disk to install the program on my laptop. Plus the price Patrick said he will do it for is well worth it. I would rather let someone with experience take care of it.

ahh, ok. If I was in town I would offer the disk, but you can't go wrong with Motorcycles Unlimited.

Do yall have a dyno patrick, or do you find the file for the specific exhaust? I have a stubby Scorpion exhaust and there is no map on file for Scorpion. I also sent power commander an email asking for one but needless to say they never sent me one or responded.

Best tuner around. I am going up there tomorrow to tune my 1000.

BUT if you just have a slip on, its not worth the money tuning or even buying a PCIII, its completely not needed. If you do have a PCIII on there already, just disconnect it until you can get it dynotuned. Running a prebuilt map from another bike will make it run like ....It will run much better running the stock tune.

Oh and $300 for a full custom map created using a load dyno. Call Johnny, tell him Alan sent you and he will probably knock off $50 or so....
