Can anyone around here tig weld?

I need a radiator nipple tigged that has a small crack.....anyone around here have a tig welder and aluminum sticks to weld on an aluminum radiator? I need it done ASAP as I can't ride until I get it fixed......

you can go to Ace hardware and get al solder and do it yourself.

Miller's Machine on 146 at Nasa 1.........Mr. Dodie= good people and he's VERY racer friendly. Can't remember when I paid for anything race related, but I take him lots of other boat stuff.

Thanks guys....I found a machine shop in Texas City, they specialize in aluminum/stainless/Ti welding....I am just gonna take it to them monday morning....

I pulled the radiator to install a new akro race system on my 1000 and the nipple is cracked where the waterpump bypass hose hooks up....

SUCKS....got everything done but I can't even start it to hear my $1000 pipe....

I am taking it to dyno next weekend so I HOPE I can get the radiator welded and back in this week....especially since its a holiday week...

Its actually my neighbors business, he is a sales rep for them...I doubt he charges me....I am gonna call miller right now though, I would rather finish it today.

Miller Machine fixed me up....Came in, he jumped right on it and I was out in an hour...Looks like he did a nice job to, really reinforced it... I should have her up and running in an hour or two..
