Something for those who seem to attract tickets

Found this on the web. Discusses the intricacies of the law and how strategies can be formed when contesting tickets in court.
Seems to have been composed by someone very familiar with the law. California is the state it refers to, but I wonder how much of it applies to TX.
Also, if you go to CA, this may be a good to know article, so I am just passing it on.
I won't have this issue (getting tickets) - do not ride on streets anymore.

Was going to post a doc but the max file size is 19K for a doc file (that is like enough for the formatting only without any text inside...lol). So here is a link to the thread. Good luck to those who will need it.

I would not try to use this for Texas courts.

I contested a ticket on my Ninja 250 (43 in 30) back in October. The judge didn't even pay attention when I cross examined the officer and when I objected multiple times to the prosecutors insinuations.

HPD cops and prosecutors are buddies, and it's a joke to even TRY to fight a ticket. You know what they say, you gotta pay to play. :P
