Why would you ride a 07 600 without insurance? Or any bike for that matter. I have a friend that is a seabrook cop and he would have taken you straight to jail.

I haven't read all the posts, but I do know that you'll have to pay a fee to the great state of TX for the next three years, due every January- for BOTH of your tickets. Usually with a license violation, you can fix it within ten days and get it dismissed, but if it's past ten days it may be too late. Good luck with getting that taken care of. Live and learn. B

Get a lawyer and good luck!! At least you're not sitting in jail right now. Oh and if the charges sit, you just might be looking at paying for a SR-22 and pay a monthly fee to the state for a couple years just to even keep a license. Getting caught without insurance is a big no no... and no license on top of that is no bueno!!
not really i was caught with no insurance after a day it expired (they didnt know that)

and just got the fine got insurance and that was it

Best bet is get that license and renew the insurance... altho your rates will more than likely increase a bit....

i think it was yamaha finance who said less then $10k you didn't have to have full coverage. so here you have a kid, who just bought an R6, of ocurse they can't afford coverage, so they get lia. only. and BAM they're paying on a bike thats wrecked or stolen.

or you get a personnal loan, and pay for the bike. you don't have to have full coverage that way.
well racer x we already know what u r going to say because u keep saying it

we all know

Yup, they will dismiss the no license ticket if you get it before your court date. You might get lucky with the insurance too if you do the same but they will prob want to see that it was in effect when the accident occured.

Might be screwed on the insurance but the no m class will get dismissed.

I just joined, and the Hello Banner keeps prompting me to make my first post...So, here it is!!! (I also full well realize it may be my last.)
First a very small amount of history...I wasn't allowed to ride a M/C until I was 17. By 18 I was racing MX. In the mid '90s I quit counting how many motorcycles I had owned at around 250. (90%DIRT,6%DualSport/Enduro,4%Street)! Total $ amount would barely make a down payment, on a new bike today!
Long story short...I'm dissabled, almost lost my home, and parked my truck 3 years ago when it failed inspection...(remind me to cancel the insc. on it first thing Monday!)
I ride a 23yr old M/C because it's cheap, and WAAY cooler than your NEW bike... I've had a M/C endorsment, since age 18, BUT my TDL expired last July, as did the Tags on my bike, and the insc!!!
And, In order to renew ANY or ALL of them... It required $$$$$ That I simply could not afford...So, I was forced to become????? What????
ANSWER= POOR!
Poster asked for info....Not insults!
POSITIVE STATEMENTS ONLY! NO CYBER-BULLYING!
Type nothing, you wouldn't say in person!
