Its 5 bills and some change, PLUS the state license fee (surcharge) of $300 or so a year for the next three years. You'll get hit with the no dl and the no insurance "surcharge"...

So it was YOU on the blue and silver RR... saw the pavement divots after my guys told me what happened... OUCH!

Was glad to hear that you were/are OK.

Again..thaks to those who are tryig to help
why you weren't. so in the end i hope you get what you deserve.

you'll be paying a penalty ever yr to the tune of $300-400 for the next several yrs for the no insurance.

you can take MSF to dismiss your no license fee.

www.awesomecycles.com has weekday classes.

everybody has excuses for not taking it, all are lame.

Look, everyones gonna chime in cause your admitting what you did wrong. Cant be caught with your hand in the cookie jar and expect not to get a slap on the wrist? knowhatimean? Just call the court your going to and ask what the fines will be, and if you have the oppurtunity, get a lawyer to help you sort through all the legal mumbo jumbo. Just remember, after all this is said and done, use your head wisely. Always be insured, have a class M liscense, WEAR UR GEAR AT ALL TIMES, and just ride defensively. People pay for dumb mistakes, happens to us all. The trick is that you use this expensive lesson as a learning curve for future bike riders/owners and dont let them make the same mistakes you have made.....

Good luck, and hope you learn from this....

Not all Del...

I'll give her/him props for owning up to it & asking information on what's likely to happening and not trying to find a way to worm out of it.

Sounds more like attention whoring.

Any idiot can look at the top of their citation and go, "hey look, it's the municipal court's phone number where I can call to find out how much my fines are and how to take care of them."

Not to mention the officer that cited her probably pointed that out to her.
