No license and no insurance???

Ok so this is pretty embarrasing to admit but I have to go to court in Pearland because I have been found with 2 citations:

I unfortunaaly got into a motorcycle accident last week in Pearland. Luckily Im alive and nothing major happened. The unfortunate thing is that I do not have a license nor did I have insurance at the time of the accident.

I know I know...pretty stupid I should of. I just got my bike not too long ago and have been wanting to take the course but it just dosent work with my work schedule and I work weekends.

My question is do you know about how much I will be faced with in fines??I am wanting to know worst case scenario. If someone has gone though similar experience or gotten fined for no insurance or no license, please post.

haha jk....

Get a lawyer and good luck!! At least you're not sitting in jail right now. Oh and if the charges sit, you just might be looking at paying for a SR-22 and pay a monthly fee to the state for a couple years just to even keep a license. Getting caught without insurance is a big no no... and no license on top of that is no bueno!!
