We should all meet up in one center location and have the news crew there and catch us as we ride to our designated destination.

As for news casting, He can get some people too.... When it comes to organization, we should probably start the ball on that too for each area as we continue to sign ups.... Whatcha thinkin' Azylum?
If it comes to The Woodlands, I can get with my company and try to get some sort of sponsership or their involvement.

Azylum began the idea; think area deligation needs to be established first; cause different areas are going to require different situations...

We thought of ideas like after riding the sights, doing 'special requests' for families of those who rode w us so that their kids can be involved. Then afterwards we all meet up to hang out, catch a drink and a bite(milk/cookies, right?)

yes. the idea is to meet in a centralized location all together then head out. but first, since were gonna be in different groups (since were hitting different areas) we can get designated peeps to scope and plot out places to hit. once all that is mapped out, im thinking groups of two bikes to hit about two or three locations in each area. anyone who is willing to takes the reigns on an area (SE, NE, CENTRAL, etc..) get with me and well get all the details worked out. im gonna head up the SE portion of the ride, and designate riders on what spots to hit. local malls, walmarts, targets, toys'r'us, anything and everything that we know there will be plenty of people with children around. as far as the news casting, i love that idea. if you know how to go about that, im all in. all i was gonna do was shoot an email to the local news channels with what was going on, but if you know a better way to go about it, im all ears. btw, get your outfits soon. if you wait too long, they may not be available. so ill start a list of who wants to take the head postition of the areas:

Azylum I did a bit of scoping out today over here in the SE side. Here is a few ideas Gulf Gate gets pretty good, so does Baybrook mall(don't know how far its going), Almeday is okay but, full of dumb drivers in the parking lot. Beltway 8 and fairmont has some good places including a Toys R Us that I am pretty sure is going to be full of kidos. Just some of my stops today.

my thoughts exactly. baybrook is a definite, and i was just at fairmont and bw8 a little while ago, also a must. there are also a few walmarts in the area and some Targets we could hit.

Sounds like a plan. Tomorrow I will be at work over off 59n and 1960 I'll see if I spot anything while I am out there. Finally, I comes in handy doing these long patient transports(besides the long naps to the destination).

We already have the game plan and route almost complete just need some more volunteers for the area to get the ball rollin.

Was wondering what size you got or is it one size fits all. I'm going to pick up mine today.
