kinda off topic but. . .
Why did you christians open a thread that was "to the atheists"?

And FWIW, there have been some very stupid ideas thrown about in this thread that got little or no attention. Gixxerbill blaming school shootings on the words "under " being removed. That's one of the funniest things I've read all year!!!!!!!!!

JUST LET IT GO!

This is not you in particular gixxerbill. And this is not an attack. And the Gay issue is just the first thing I could think of. But that's how it seems eats at religions people.
I understand what you are saying and I can let it go but it still bothers a little just like it would bother you little if the guy went ahead and drove off the bridge and die. But even in the Bible it says to present gospel and if the people don't want to believe shake the dirt off your shoes and leave. And go to the next person. Inotherwords don't waste you time argueing with somebody because there are so many people that want to know Jesus.

Read my post again. I said when Ohara successfully removed organized prayer from schools. Why do you think it(school shootings) happened? It didn't happen before Ohara got prayer removed from the schools now did it?

I don't see the words "organized" or "prayer" anywhere in that post^^^^

So by your reasoning if we allow and "the mention of " back in school bad things will cease to happen and students can go back to their happy little lives!?!? and by your reasoning the school shootings were a result of "" being taken out of the school? I wonder how many of the students that picked on/teased the shooters were good "sunday christians"? Hmmmm

I just have a problem with anyone telling me that if I don't do this, that will happen or you HAVE to believe this or you HAVE to do that, or these are bad people and these are good people. That goes back to my roots and a strong 'movement' within my society after some whacko Austrian came and tried to tell all Germans that the white race with blond hair and blue eyes was supreme and cripples and non-christians should be mass killed.

Well I meant to say organized prayer but got wrapped up in the under thing from the other post. Yes, I think if organized prayer was instigated back in school I think the school would be safer. Now, you have the school teaching the kids they evoved from monkeys and they just die when they die.which is total bs (evolutition is a theory and not a fact) So kids influenced by Satan(the Columbine shooters) decide to kill other kids and then kill themselves heck why not they are just monkey decendents that just die right?

No, of course you don't have to. I am just wondering if you do? I mean Hitler was a nut. The catholic religion has done some really questionable things that aren't Biblical. But they are just a religion(man's attempt to find ) But that doesn't change the fact that loves you and Sent his Son to save your soul now does it?
