on the other hand, that was the worst post in this thread, so go back to where you came from unless you want to contribute with something a little more useful.

That has to go with what I said in another thread about religion. Even if some people use it as a crutch, it DOES in fact help us police this country and keep people from some of the wrong doing they have thought about. There are some people that don't care about what the government says about their actions as long as they believe is ok with it. I am christian, but for those that are good "Just in case" I say kudos. Just that much less BS we have to deal with on this earth.

I would like to go on the record at this time and point out that I am not an Atheist. To do so would be to subscribe to a religion as well, the religion of the belief that there is no . I am simply an optimistic agnostic. I recognize there is no way to prove or disprove or the existence of one or many. I am simply hopeful that there is more to our existence and employ myself to search for those elements.

With that in mind I will discuss religion all day but be aware that i like to throw curve .

i appreciate your point, and i want to present the other side of that coin. . .
What about all of the "christians" that know right from wrong and still chose to do the F'ed up things they do? It's VERY common these days. Does someone who knows right from wrong according to their religion suffer more on "judgement day" than those of us who are not convinced enough to choose to follow?

Yep, because you willingly and knowledgeably committed the sin...there's a verse about it, I'll get that for you here in a few seconds...

C'mon now. Atheism is no more a religion any more than agnosticism is.
