Your home owners policy requires that you inventory everything that you own and assign a value. I did when I bought the house and I have on file with ins company and one in the safe.

yea you have to have documented record of said stolen/ lost goods. but then again like crys said this is about a neighbors house not your own. :dontknow:

I only read the first page and didn't feel like reading the whole thing but for once I think I have to agree with Crystalline on this one.

I don't think being shot and killed is fair punishment for breaking in someones house (especially if nobodys there / nobodys life is in danger so why should you take someone elses?)

I mean, we all stole something in our lives before (big or small) and if everyone got shot and killed for stealing something there wouldn't be anyone left on earth. Right?
