You're looking to far... Im addressing the heart of conflict, not the escalation to fatality.

Only in man, can one attack another...lose, then seek to sue the person they attacked.

(fyi, I have yet to see/hear an actual account of a wolf/wolves hunting for mere pleasure of kill.).

We don't need gun control. We need bullet control. If bullet cost $5000 ea. You would have to do something really wrong before I pop a cap in your azz. I heard that from Chris Rock I think. Hehe.

a theif is a thief, if you break into my place, you will be either held until the police arrive, or if you try to escape you will be killed. i had this happen to me in college, i held the theif at knife point until the police arrived and i had all the adrenaline going that if he moved off the ground i would have cut him up pretty good. i was standing above him with two knives very similar to these when the police arrived. the poilce told me i should have killed him, would have been much better off. he went to jail was bailed out, and later spent a month in jail becuase of it. the tips of these were touching his chest for a good 10 minutes...it was all i had at the time to defend myself when the door came crashing in.

! I just listened to it.

Too bad someone had to die. But like I said, I side with the old man.

Note to burglars: If you break into a home you stand the chance of being shot.

yea, they did make every attempt to tell him not to do it. I thought he tried to get them to stop? It didn't sound like it in the audio clip. Sounded like he just ran out blasting. :/:

I'd offered the bet to Moody... I'm inclined to believe nothing further will happen, but from the 911 call... there's potential.

It's going to be interesting to see how it pans out.
