yes you sleep better and it digest easier and you will be more comfortable when time to ride. or your morning taking of the thrown

and water cause you don't want to be dehydrated.

that and I go to TJ thats alot worst than what we have on this side of the border.

Also thats where my green green grass comes from so.....I like mexico!

update on the trip......

there is no trip....at least not for the jeep.....my wife got in an accident today so it wont have it back for that weekend so......witchdoctor.....there u have it...im not riding it, o well the best of all that is that she is ok.....some minor pain, but she is ok.

Mexico is definitely not as bad as most peeps think. And contrary to public opinion in the USA, it is most definitely in America. As in the Americas, not the United States of America.

I love the way all our MH buddies are telling this natural born Mexican to stay away and watch out for his home town. I feel more comfortable riding between Laredo and in Monterrey than I do between my house and UH.

But parking the bike unlocked in the city overnight, probably not a great idea.

For long trips, especially on a sport bike, take some Alieve and Aspirin along. One aspirin in the morning, noon, and night helps with cramping and keeps the blood flowing. The Alieve is for wrist and neck cramps. Stop every hour for a stretch and break, drink plenty of water and Gatorade in moderation.

To help with any iffy gas down there, take a few cans of octane booster along to add with fill ups.
