Yeah, the Laguna suit hadn't been taken off yet when I made my purchase. I figured his other items were separate from distributing for Dainese. They weren't actual "knock offs" of anything name brand, just costumes and stuff from what I could tell. His 100% positive seller rating put me at ease more than it should have. I should have known but didn't. Like I said, lesson learned.

sucks, but there are good sellers on ebay. I've bought helmets, track suit and some other things from ebay with no issues. You just have to make sure your buying from a shop that only deals with moto gear/parts..etc.
