Machine wash with bleach on the heavy duty cycle....gets it real clean...

Just kidding, you can find all sorts of leather cleaners out there.

You can also have it cleaned at the cleaner's.

I use a special lube. It usually takes some coaxing to get it out, but when it does finally come out there is a feeling of excitement and euphoria!
