the real questions are: where did the wrecker driver go to pick it up?
how did he know it was there?
and if someone told him where it was, how did they not see a massive ball of flames while it was burning?

It's hard to miss that kind of fire and for it to totally burn like that takes quite sometimes or if the fire truck came out.
